Well, I had a decent night in the league. I bowled a 211, 224 and the last game 157. I couldn't seem to get anything right. I believe part of the problem was that they pulled down a big screen in the middle of the house, which was playing the NIT championship game between WVU and Clemson. Normally I would not pay attention to basketball but being a great WVU fan, I guess I got caught up in the game and all concentration went out the window. I managed to salvage a 592 series, should have been a 600+ series but what the hey.
We have 8 more weeks of winter league and then summer league. Most of the bowlers at the lanes are very frustrated by the condition of the lanes, the lack of upkeep of the house in general and to say the least the house is NOT certified. It has been a tumultuous summer and winter league.
